- $1000/bike deposit is due within 7 days of on-line booking
- Balance is due within 90 days of tour start date
- All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars
- Reservations may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation charges apply.

- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the tour start date will be assessed an administrative fee of $200/bike
- Cancellations made between 61 and 90 days will forfeit the deposit
- Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days will forfeit 50 percent of the total tour cost
- Cancellations made less than 31 days will forfeit 100 percent of the total tour cost
- Verbal requests for cancellation are accepted but must be confirmed in writing
- Refunds will not be made for portions of the tour not completed, regardless of the reason
- Refunds will not be given due to mechanical breakdowns or operational problems with participants’ motorcycle
- Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended
- AmericanClassicTours (ACT) reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. In the event of tour cancellation, ACT will refund all payments without further obligation on the part of ACT. ACT reserves the right to change any tour, hotel, route or itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable. ACT is not responsible for any travel arrangements affected, or costs/fees imposed, due to cancellations or changes initiated by ACT.

- American Classic Tours (ACT) will arrange for and conduct your tour and exercise all due care.
- ACT, their officers, directors, employees or representatives shall not be held responsible for and will accept no liability for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from: personal injury, sickness, disease, accident, or death, however caused, including without limitation, while engaged on, or by reason of, any ACT tour, whether due to ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any motorcycle, automobile, airline, other common carrier, or hotel used in conjunction with the tour.
- ACT will assume no liability due to any cause whatsoever, whether caused by failure, delay, acts or omissions, or loss occurring during a tour due to actions of hoteliers, independent providers, weather, mechanical breakdown, equipment failure, acts of God, other drivers, tour participants or any other causes beyond the control of ACT.
- Baggage and personal effects, including items purchased, are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. ACT will transport baggage on the tour under the expressed condition that ACT will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to theft, accident, fire, rain or adverse weather.

AmericanClassicTours (ACT) expressly prohibits the use of any illegal drug or the consumption of alcohol before or during the operation of motorcycles on our tours. Anyone found to have used illegal drugs at any time during the tour or consumed alcohol before or during the riding portion of the tour will be expelled or prohibited from riding the remainder of the tour without a refund of any portion of the tour fee.

Under no circumstances can AmericanClassicTours (ACT) be held responsible for rain, snow or any other weather condition, nor can tour participation be cancelled or amended by tour participant at any time on the basis of any weather condition. All tour participants are responsible to provide appropriate attire for any and all weather conditions.

AmericanClassicTours (ACT) will provide a tour guide and a support vehicle but will accept no responsibility or liability for the riding ability or the safety of the tour participants. ACT encourages the use of helmets and other protective clothing but makes no demands over and above state laws that govern motorcycle safety. Each tour participant is responsible to ride at speeds and in a manner that are compatible with the experience level of the participant. ACT reserves the right to cancel or remove any tour participant for any reason whatsoever at ACT’s sole discretion without a refund.

Accommodations are provided each night in a deluxe resort, lodge, or bed and breakfast. Tour pricing is based on single occupancy, except when a passenger/companion is included.

Breakfast is included each morning prior to departure. Lunch is included as a way of encouraging the group to stick together. Evening meals will usually be on premises.

My deposit constitutes my acceptance and understanding of the Terms and Conditions, and information contained herein . I further understand and accept that the American Classic Tours Inc. motorcycle tours and its activities involve risk of personal injury or death and damage to or loss of property. In consideration of the benefits to be derived from my participation in this tour, I hereby accept all risks of personal injury and property damage arising from my participation in this tour, and I hereby agree that I, my dependents, my heirs, executors and assigns do release and hold harmless American Classic Tours Inc. and its employees, officers, owners, directors, trustees, and representatives from any and all claims, including claims of illness, bodily injury, death or property damage or loss, however caused, arising from or related to the tour. Further, by making my deposit or by signing this form, I certify that I do not have any physical, mental or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for me or any other tour participant. I also certify that I am over 25 years of age and am in possession of a current valid motorcycle operator's license. I understand that the choice of wearing a safety helmet and other protective accessories is solely my own. I have carefully read the terms and conditions and this waver agreement, and I will abide by everything as stated herein or elsewhere published by American Classic Tours Inc.
